How do make pads quieter to open/take off?

Suck it up and change your pad.. Almost all women in the bathroom are either changing their pads or putting on makeup. Either that or they're stupid and followed their friend in there. If you are a person who has a friend come with you to the bathroom to talk to you, you should probably go to the bathroom by yourself and just clean yourself up and not worry about what people think.
