What kinda sick minded person does stuff like this?

I recently received spongebob undies as a gift from an older that I met at work. I'm 18 and he's like in his late 40's. It's like totally grossing me out and what bothers me the most is that he is a single dad with a daughter who is like 9 or 10 and it was probably meant for her. I feel soo bad for the little girl and she's totally adorable.
