Is this really possible?

The human oady is in no way capable of creating enough thrust from pure kicking power to life ourselves when there is no backing to transfer an opposite exertion of our energy. Newton's Third Law. We jump by transfering kinetic energy into the ground, while our body recieves an equal amount that propels us up. With no backing to transfer the energy to, the law cancels out.
