19 weeks pregnant and spotting?

I'm slightly spotting brightt red on my undies and also when I wipe after peeing. Before the spotting my inner upper thighs,hips,tummy and ribs where hurting :( I usually feel the baby kicking or rolling around inside me strongly but can barely feel him now(I can but not as strong as I usually do)... I am a bit worried my doctor doesn't work tomorrow or after tomorrow what should I do? Its too late to go now..
