Could this be implantation bleeding?

Im 17 , Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex last month a couple times. And all those times he ejaculted in me. Its common sense that I would get pregnant. But I wanted to know if this was implantation bleeding. So I was peeing and I wiped my self and it had a little bit of blood I thought I was getting my period but i didnt get more blood that day which i usually do. That was one day. the next day it got heavy for 2 days. Then after those two days. I started spotting for another two days just everytime I wiped it would be on the toilet paper. and I got like at least one spot on my undies. The second day I had the spotting when I peed it looked pinkish? And then it started to get brown? I guess it was discharge not sure but I just wanted to know if that sounds like implantation bleeding. I never had a period like this. if it is how long do I wait to take a test?
