I've been getting a smelly, yellowish discharge since I was 14?

I get that too well im not too sure about this cuz im not an expert but with a bucket or something wash it down there with water each time u pee and when u bath, soap it. Unfortunately sometimes the smell can be permanent if u havent cleaned it when u were younger. You can also use qtips and baby oil to clean it if it is red, it gets rid of redness and itch.
