I bought a house with very high ceilings in Cuernavaca, Mexico that normally has a warm subtropical climate.?

For decoration I wish to buy some very tall plants to place in one of the corners of the dining room that has good light although it's not direct. It would have some air circulation when the opposite windows are opened. I'm wondering what would be a good choice, perhaps kentia palms or shefflera? I want somthing that can be a minimum of 10 feet tall or even taller and doesn't need a lot of care. Thank you.
