Yep! Brown spotting is a sign that your period is expected any moment. If you feel depressed, angry, tired, annoyed etc. Those are emotions of period. Backaches, leg cramps, stomach cramps also. 13 is sort of the age of starting it, though I got mine at the age of 11.
