If you are 37 weeks pregnant and 3 cent and 70% and -1 stastion what does all this mean N having bad cont to..?

This is baby # 2 y the way n this morning i had a lil bit of like clear water stuff in my underwear sorry but don't no how else to put it but what could that be from it anit my mucus plug n dint pee my pants lol but was wondering could it be some of my water breaking it was clear wet in my undies...sorry but not sure if it is some of my water breaking ng nN did lose some of my mucus plug to....
