Victoria secret undies?

I have a small waist and like no hips, but i have a big butt. and when i buy victoria secret underwear they are super cheeky. i don't know if they are suppose to be like that, but when i buy size small they are. Im not sure if i should buy a medium? do they allow you to try underwear on cause i want to make sure they fit good.
