Why is the icc so inept?

Unfortunately ICC has been infiltrated with a corrupt element so having an anti corruption unit is a big laugh really.I agree it's a disgrace that Ireland were excluded in favour for yet another corrupt country's team.The few honest ICC board members have no say as they are outvoted by the Asian block on every issue.I think we can all see where cricket is heading can't we?
