World naked bike ride: can teens partecipate naked?

The WNBR organizers may have their own rules against it for liability reasons. At least for some rides. But mostly , it's going to boil down to the tolerance of the community you'd be riding through. Even where simple nudity is technically illegal, many communities don't interfere, but they might if a minor is involved. I commend those communities which allow it, even if minors participate.
