Is the Canadian Liberal Party dying out? Is the Bloc Quebecois dying out?

Jack Layton is the most charismatic of the main party leaders. The Liberals have elected two very uncharismatic leaders in a row. Before that they were infighting. They did it to themselves. Bloc Quebecois' main stated goal is separation, but they don't seem to have any way of accomplishing that. Also the Bloc's policies, outside of separatism, are similar to those of the NDP. So it is probably a natural transition for Bloc supporters to go NDP.
