Why does President Obama currently enjoy a 73% aproval rating among Hispanics?

Probably because conservatives appear as demons when their well being is considered. When legal hispanic voter numbers rise to the point where they then can be considered serious political fallout, they will seriously be considered and accepted as viable for conservatives to change their ways.
